South Carolina’s State Parks are your best friend for a winter break without breaking your budget in 2008. Imagine a villa deep in a wooded glen and surrounded by Nature’s splendor. Tucked into the northwest corner of the state, the park, near the town of Salem, can be found on the banks of Lake Jocassee.
